As part of our Student Matinee Series, the Goodman's Education and Community Engagement team publishes a special study guide for teachers and their students attending the production. For Objects in the Mirror, the study guide discusses several themes explored in the play including an overview of the conflicts in Liberia and Western Africa, where much of the action takes place. It also includes an interview with the playwright Charles Smith and stories about real refugees and what it took for them to survive.
